About Ketron Love
A small place,
carefully observed.
A personal instrument and love letter: what is the island doing, what does it feel like to be there, and what is worth remembering?
01 · Island
The place itself.
A brief orientation to Ketron: where it sits, how it connects to the mainland, and the useful paths into the rest of this site.
→02 · Almanac
The useful present.
Weather, crossings, tides, daylight, and ferry views are gathered into a daily instrument for planning a crossing or staying connected from away.
→03 · Field Notes
The record left behind.
Photographs and fragments preserve the smaller observations that schedules and forecasts cannot.
→Editorial position
Public,
not promotional.
Ketron Love begins as one person’s relationship with the island: an accumulating record of crossings, weather, work, apple trees, and return. It is offered publicly because attention can be shared—not because the island needs a larger audience.
It may be useful to islanders and people already connected to Ketron. For everyone else, it offers a deliberately partial view rather than a visitor guide, itinerary, or invitation.
